Per aquesta ra\u00f3 en STK hem llan\u00e7at un nou servei de cenral d&#8217;avisos que garanteix la major operativitat d&#8217;aquest tipus de l\u00ednies gr\u00e0cies a, per exemple, assegurar-nos que el t\u00e8cnic nom\u00e9s es despla\u00e7ar\u00e0 quan siga estrictament necessari.<\/p>\n<p>Molta gent creu que l&#8217;\u00e8xit de les centrals d&#8217;avisos es basa en la immediatesa de la visita del t\u00e8cnic a l&#8217;adre\u00e7a adequada. La rapidesa del servei \u00e9s fonamental per\u00f2 per a no caure en una p\u00e8rdua de temps i diners cont\u00ednua \u00e9s necessari un sistema ben greixat de gesti\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3 rebuda en cada alerta. Cal tenir en compte que un gran percentatge de les visites dels t\u00e8cnics no acaben en reparaci\u00f3 per causes que f\u00e0cilment es podrien haver detectat pel personal telef\u00f2nic que, molt\u00edssimes vegades, ni est\u00e0 qualificat ni compta amb un protocol adequat de recopilaci\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3. A la llarga aquests despla\u00e7aments est\u00e8rils van minant la productivitat de la nostra empresa i, moltes vegades, acaben amb un client mal at\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Un altre fenomen molt negatiu s\u00f3n les constants interrupcions que, en les empreses m\u00e9s xicotetes, arriben en el moment menys oport\u00fa. Aix\u00ed quan estem amb un client o efectuant alguna reparaci\u00f3 i no tenim cap sistema de captaci\u00f3 d&#8217;avisos (o el que tenim no funciona correctament) toca deixar el que estigues fent per a atendre el tel\u00e8fon m\u00f2bil. A\u00e7\u00f2 implica a m\u00e9s d&#8217;una p\u00e8rdua de productivitat una falta de professionalitat en el nostre servei.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns exemples de causes per les quals es perd la rendibilitat en els serveis d&#8217;avisos telef\u00f2nics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El producte estava en garantia i no era necess\u00e0ria la visita d&#8217;un t\u00e8cnic sin\u00f3 del sistema de recollides.<\/li>\n<li>Es va parar un treball urgent per a rebre un av\u00eds que podia esperar.<\/li>\n<li>Dos t\u00e8cnics van acudir al mateix av\u00eds.<\/li>\n<li>La trucada va arribar mentre es traballava en un ambient soroll\u00f3s i no es van captar b\u00e9 les dades.<\/li>\n<li>El t\u00e8cnic no va acudir per malinterpretar el part.<\/li>\n<li>Els parts no estan informatitzats per un m\u00e8tode adequat i es perd informaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>El client que estava sent at\u00e8s es queixa que el t\u00e8cnic rep moltes trucades, interrompent aix\u00ed el seu treball.<\/li>\n<li>Es tarda a atendre al client perqu\u00e8 no es va avisar al t\u00e8cnic m\u00e9s proper.<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La nostra central d&#8217;avisos funciona com un gran receptor d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 que analitza cada trucada i assigna els recuros necessaris per a complir amb el client, assegurant un menor temps de resposta i evitant que es dupliquen esfor\u00e7os.
