Com suggereix la imatge l&#8217;amabilitat i les bones formes es recompensen i el que \u00e9s m\u00e9s important: generen m\u00e9s amabilitat.<\/p>\n<p>Igual que una discussi\u00f3 es va encenent a mesura que els interlocutors van sent menys flexibles l&#8217;un amb l&#8217;altre tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil comprovar que davant d&#8217;una persona enfadada podem aconseguir que es tranquil\u00b7litzi amb una mica de vista i saber fer. Quin \u00e9s el secret per reconduir una conversa dif\u00edcil amb un client al nostre camp? Aqu\u00ed van alguns consells pr\u00e0ctics per a aquelles persones que treballen de cara a el p\u00fablic o despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una l\u00ednia telef\u00f2nica:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Paci\u00e8ncia<\/strong>: segur que l&#8217;amo de la cafeteria de la imatge rep igualment a la gent menys amable per\u00f2, amb una mica de paci\u00e8ncia, pots fer que la teva forma de comunicar-te vagi calant a poc a poc en el mal humor del teu interlocutor i es comporti cada vegada de manera m\u00e9s amable. De vegades \u00e9s dif\u00edcil veure que aix\u00ed ser\u00e0 i ens donaran ganes de tirar la tovallola i posar-nos a el mateix nivell per\u00f2 tranquils, per norma general, l&#8217;amabilitat \u00e9s contagiosa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Detecci\u00f3<\/strong>: en l&#8217;era de la inform\u00e0tica en la qual podem mesurar i emmagatzemar dades de clients de tota mena nostres sentits m\u00e9s b\u00e0sics cobren una import\u00e0ncia tremenda a l&#8217;hora de detectar l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim de client. No nom\u00e9s el to de veu o el volum ens donaran totes les claus sin\u00f3 que ser\u00e0 una barreja d&#8217;elements i com es combinen entre si. Si posem atenci\u00f3 i escoltem amb una mica de detall el mateix client ens donar\u00e0 les claus per atendre-correctament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Escolta activa<\/strong>: potser en el passat la gent s&#8217;acabava conformant amb un &#8220;s\u00ed clar, l&#8217;entenc perfectament&#8221; per\u00f2 avui en dia els clients estan farts de paraules buides. Escoltem de veritat el que diu l&#8217;altra persona, amb atenci\u00f3, activament i tractant de comprendre els seus problemes. Nom\u00e9s si de veritat li entenem perfectament podrem solucionar el seu problema i la conversa podr\u00e0 seguir les lleres habituals sense malestar ni crispaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Empat\u00eda<\/strong>: mai sobra. Posar-se en el lloc de l&#8217;altra persona \u00e9s crucial perqu\u00e8 baixe les revolucions i passe d&#8217;un estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim alterat i poc conciliador a una posici\u00f3 m\u00e9s pac\u00edfica i, per tant, millor per a la comunicaci\u00f3. Intentem fer nostre el problema en la mesura del possible i que el client s&#8217;assabente. \u00c9s empipant tractar el teu problema amb moltes persones per tant, en la manera del possible, tractem de solucionar la seua consulta per nosaltres mateixos i si no \u00e9s possible assegurar-nos que deixem clar que sabem qui pot ajudar al client amb noms i cognoms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquests s\u00f3n algunes anotacions \u00fatils de com mantenir una conversa correcta, amable i productiva encara que haja comen\u00e7at amb mal peu.
