L&#8217;estructura era la t\u00edpica d&#8217;una pime: una seu central en una capital, magatzem en una altra ciutat i una s\u00e8rie de delegacions per tot el pa\u00eds. Cada delegaci\u00f3 tenia un n\u00famero propi i a\u00e7\u00f2 provocava que molts clients cridaren a la central perqu\u00e8 des d&#8217;all\u00ed els facilitaren el tel\u00e8fon concret. D&#8217;altra banda hi havia multitud de trucades i correus electr\u00f2nics que arribaven a les persones equivocades amb el perjudici en la imatge i els problemes de gesti\u00f3 que a\u00e7\u00f2 implicava.<\/p>\n<p>La soluci\u00f3 no passava per canviar la seua infraestructura de comunicacions per a no provocar un augment de costos aix\u00ed que, una vegada realitzat l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de la seua situaci\u00f3, vam proposar unificar <a href=\"\/ca\/servei-extern-d-atencio-al-client\/\">tota l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 telef\u00f2nica<\/a> a un \u00fanic n\u00famero de contacte des d&#8217;on transferir la trucada a la seu o persona concreta, aix\u00ed cada extensi\u00f3 seria assignada a un n\u00famero extern per a facilitar la transfer\u00e8ncia a qualsevol part del pa\u00eds. Una vegada realitzat l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi t\u00e8cnic era el torn de l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi organitzatiu, gr\u00e0cies a aquest recaptarem tota la informaci\u00f3 disponible sobre qu\u00e8 i qui realitzava determinades tasques dins del seu departament comercial. La seua organitzaci\u00f3 era complexa i les trucades podien transferir-se a diverses persones segons una combinaci\u00f3 molt \u00e0mplia de variables: si era un producte complet o component del producte, si el component formava part d&#8217;un altre al mateix temps, si el producte era nacional o importat, si requeria reparaci\u00f3 o substituci\u00f3&#8230; . Per aquesta ra\u00f3 vam haver de desenvolupar un software a mida que guiara a l&#8217;operador pels diferents escenaris possibles (i les seues variants) i donava com resultat la persona de contacte i la seua situaci\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica. I tot a\u00e7\u00f2 sense grans inversions de temps i diners.<\/p>\n<p>Assig\u00e0rem un equip d&#8217;operadores d&#8217;acord al seu volum de trucades i nom\u00e9s aquest equip era el que les atenia, estant formades en les caracter\u00edstiques peculiars d&#8217;aquest client. A m\u00e9s gr\u00e0cies al software desenvolupat per a la seua gesti\u00f3 aconseguirem un tr\u00e0fic de trucades flu\u00eft i directe a la persona indicada per a cada assumpte a tractar.
