Un exemple clar d&#8217;aquesta paradoxa es troba a la creixent expansi\u00f3 dels assistents virtuals integrats en una web que, malgrat recon\u00e8ixer que no compten amb una gran acceptaci\u00f3, les empreses segueixen apostant per ells. De fet l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client en ocasions funciona amb una l\u00f2gica paral\u00b7lela ja que, malgrat la import\u00e0ncia que li donen les empreses, sembla que \u00e9s prou flexible el nivell d&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 que els usuaris poden manifestar abans de canviar d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia.<\/p>\n<p>Des que en els anys 40 la Resposta per Veu Interactiva va revolucionar la manera de comunicar-nos amb les empreses per tel\u00e8fon es coneix el descontent del p\u00fablic general a tractar amb una m\u00e0quina determinats assumptes. L&#8217;exemple m\u00e9s recent ho &lt;a href=&#8221;http:\/\/www.haycanal.com\/noticias\/2103\/Viclone-y-Movistar-crean-un-revolucionario-asistente-virtual&#8221; target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;&gt;podem trobar en els assistents virtuals&lt;\/a&gt; que cada dia s\u00f3n m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents en p\u00e0gines web corporatives de tot el m\u00f3n; aquests van m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del men\u00fa telef\u00f2nic i directament ofereixen una soluci\u00f3 a un problema amb un gran percentatge d&#8217;encert sense que intervinga cap \u00e9sser hum\u00e0. El major avantatge d&#8217;aquests sistemes \u00e9s econ\u00f2mica ja que s&#8217;estalvia molts diners en personal encara que, com ja hem dit, es coneix el descontent que un gran sector de la poblaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 cap a aquests sistemes.<\/p>\n<p>Mereix la pena l&#8217;estalvi a canvi de la p\u00e8rdua de confian\u00e7a i deterioraci\u00f3 de la imatge?
