Aquesta tend\u00e8ncia creix r\u00e0pidament en un mercat molt diversificat i molt exigent amb el servei oferit per la marca, per la qual cosa \u00e9s molt important prendre nota d&#8217;algunes dades interessants no solament per a millorar el servei sin\u00f3 per a comptar amb els mitjans necessaris quant al volum de trucades rebudes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 de cada 5 trucades pot ser resolta amb ajuda de l&#8217;operador.<\/li>\n<li>El 50% dels usuaris opten per un servei assistit i evitar deixar l&#8217;aparell.<\/li>\n<li>El 38% optaran al futur per resoldre el problema ells mateixos sense cridar al servei t\u00e8cnic.<\/li>\n<li>El servei telef\u00f2nic \u00e9s un factor decisiu a l&#8217;hora de passar-s&#8217;a la compet\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La primera conclusi\u00f3 important \u00e9s l&#8217;alta rendibilitat d&#8217;invertir alguns recursos ja no nom\u00e9s en la qualitat del servei t\u00e8cnic sin\u00f3 en com rebre, processar i atendre eixes trucades. Una altra dada important \u00e9s que, malgrat els nous sistemes digitals de contacte, el tel\u00e8fon segueix sent un mitj\u00e0 molt important a l&#8217;hora resoldre els dubtes dels usuaris.
